Mittersill Strudel Festival

On 6 September 2026, from 11.00 am, Lebzeltergasse and Hintergasse were once again transformed into ‘strudel lanes’. Alongside the well-known and much-loved apple and quark strudels, the restaurateurs also offered original creations of their own and presented traditional home-style cooking in a variety of forms.

Visitors were treated to over 30 different types of strudel. There was a fun children’s programme for the younger visitors. The festival was accompanied by live music.
