Mittersill Strudel Festival

Lebzelter Gasse and Hintergasse will once again be transformed into ‘strudel alleys’ on 6 September 2026 from 11.00 am. As well as the well-known and much-loved apple and quark strudels, the restaurateurs will also be offering original creations of their own and presenting traditional home-style cooking in a variety of forms.

Visitors can look forward to over 30 different types of strudel. There will be a fun children’s programme for our younger visitors. The festival will be accompanied by live music.
The Mittersill Town Band will lead the procession!
