It’s clear to see that Siegfried and Julia Ronacher, the couple who run the business, are passionate about their work. Always in good spirits, they offer advice, look after their customers’ needs and are always on hand with helpful tips. They see their mission as remaining a small business, maintaining personal contact and being there for the local community at all times with their technical expertise.

It’s not very common these days for apprentices to stay with a company after completing their training, let alone take it over. That was exactly the case with Sigi Ronacher: he completed his apprenticeship at Elektro Wieser, remained with the company as a journeyman and eventually took it over. “Being able to take over this fantastic location with its loyal customer base was a huge opportunity – I didn’t need to think twice,” recalls Sigi. Only the shop’s concept was revamped: modernised, standardised and adapted to the ‘Red Zac’ style.
