He is an optimist with vision. She is seen as a source of encouragement and strives for perfection – with just the right touch of sensitivity. Their shared entrepreneurial spirit keeps pace with the times.

Bruno Berger and Nicola Wieser are the pieces of the jigsaw that hold everything together – both in the family and in the business.

To Salzburg (and back again) in a Fiat Panda
What began as a teenage romance is now, 30 years later, a testament to a deep bond. Nicola Wieser and Bruno Berger have long been walking the same path, both in their private lives and in business. After school, this journey first took them out of the Pinzgau region to Salzburg. Sixteen years later, they returned to Hollersbach and Mittersill. They bring with them confidence, positivity and many years of experience. On the one hand, from work and training in a wide variety of fields; on the other, from the blend of culture, urban life and lifestyle. “Our time in Salzburg was brilliant! Simply perfect for that stage of our lives,” enthuses the entrepreneurial couple. Nicola has always been a fan of design, fabrics, materials and their properties. Her love for these things led her to the Technical College for Fashion and Clothing Technology. Communication and social interaction have also always played a major role for her. Nicola learnt what this really means, above all, through her role as head of a Montessori nursery. “Those 10 years shaped me as a person. It is these values that not only benefit you personally, but also play a major role in business leadership, regardless of the industry,” the mother of two is convinced. After completing his HTL, Bruno attended a HAK college, and subsequently worked in construction management. Alongside his full-time job, he studied law and passed the master builder’s examination. It was the perfect training for whatever the future might hold.

A place worth living in
“It’s a privilege to live and work here, where others come on holiday.” Just like Nicola and Bruno, many young people today move away after completing their basic training – to further their education and gain experience. Most, however, return to their roots, knowing that nowhere else is a better place to live. This sporty, nature-loving couple also instil this sense of belonging in their children. Their vision is to make the business so attractive that the next generation will also be keen to carry it on.
